Career and Technology Studies (CTS) is a program designed for Alberta's secondary school students. As a program of choice, CTS engages students in learning opportunities to discover their interests in practical and purposeful ways. The revised CTS program provides more structure for students and more pathways to the real world. If you are interested in finding out about:

About the presenters:
Fred Smith has taught CTS courses in Alberta for thirty two years. His experience includes the following strands: Communication, Construction, Cosmetology, Design Studies, Electro-technologies, Fabrication, Information Processing and Mechanics.
Gloria Perrin is a retired teacher having taught junior and senior high school CTS for the Calgary Board of Education since 1988. Her experience includes teaching information processing, computer applications, financial management, law, video editing, web design and graphics.
