Welcome back to the 2008-2009 school year. Learning Network has organized a multitude of

professional development opportunities for you, for this coming school year, and it is our hope that you will be able to take advantage of these opportunities. We try to keep you informed of Learning Network professional development opportunities through:1) regular newsletters, 2) email- a copy of each professional development opportunity is emailed to each principal, and 3) by listing all our professional development opportunities on this website.

Are there professional development opportunities that you would like Learning Network to host? If so, please call our office (780-623-5661)or e-mail (kirk.jensen@portagecollege.ca) us with your request.

Please note the following about Learning Network Professional Development Opportunities:

  • Professional development opportunities are open to all members of the K-12 community.

  • Sessions fill up quickly, so register early to avoid disappointment.

  • All professional development programs are developed on a cost-recovery basis and as such require sufficient registrations to offset the cost of each session.

  • All participants who have been duly registered will receive a confirmation prior

          to the session.

You may register on line or by fax: (780-623-5642)
