Privacy Policy

Learning Network has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the safe, secure, and responsible handling of information provided by our users. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Our program registration forms require users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). We use customer contact information from these forms to send our program attendees information about our programs and details about our training events.

The customer's contact information is also used to contact the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Due to the nature of our programs we may, from time to time, need to pass on contact information within our office to facilitate the training requirements of the program. We do not pass this information on to any persons outside of our office.

Under no circumstances do we sell or distribute in any way any of the information collected on our forms.

I agree that my identity, image, voice and resulting workshop content may be included in resources developed by the Learning Network, and may be published in part or in whole in print, electronic or digital format, including any authorized Alberta Education website.
