Why You Should Attend
CPI is an international training organization committed to best practices and safe behavior management methods that focus on prevention. Through a variety of specialized offerings and innovative resources, CPI educates and empowers professionals to create safe and respectful work environments and enrich the lives of the students they serve. Since 1980, more than six million professionals around the world have participated in CPI training programs.

By using Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® training as part of a comprehensive crisis prevention and intervention plan, you can learn how to defuse challenging and disruptive behavior before an incident escalates to a crisis situation. Successful implementation leads to a change in school culture, a change in adult professional behavior, and a change in staff relationships with both students and stakeholders. These changes offer many benefits to your staff, your organization, and the students you serve.

If you’re a current Certified Instructor, then this is an excellent Renewal option if you want to re-examine the course from the perspective of both an Instructor and a participant.  You’ll gain training insights and develop a deeper understanding of the program’s core concepts.  This program will put you on a two-year Renewal cycle.
