About the Session

Shelley will take us through the basics of Inclusive Education and help us to truly understand what that "looks like" in our schools and classrooms. The transformation of Inclusive Education will better prepare us to make that "1 - 10 Split" that we are faced with daily - How to reach every child in the classroom?

This learning opportunity is being offered through a grant from Alberta Education.

About the Presenter

Shelley Moore

Based in Vancouver, B.C., Shelley Moore consults locally, provincially and beyond. Her interactive presentations integrate theory and effective practices of inclusion, special education & curriculum. She completed an undergraduate degree in Special Education at the University of Alberta, her Masters at Simon Fraser University, and is currently a SSHRC funded PhD Scholar at the University of British Columbia.
