Increasing individual potential, Cognitive Coachingâ„  is a model that supports individuals and organizations in becoming self-directed, and in turn, become self-managing, self-monitoring, and self-modifying. The results are stronger individuals within a team and better organizational teams overall. For educators who have completed the Cognitive CoachingSM Foundations Seminar, the Advanced Cognitive Coaching Seminar provides participants with deepened knowledge and skills for refinement of a coach’s meditational toolbox.

Cognitive Coaching Seminars® include:

  • Foundation Training
  • Advanced Training
  • Group Coaching
  • Calibrating Conversation Training
  • Proficiency Modules
  • Application Academies

Advanced Cognitive Coaching Outcomes:

  • Refined and extended core coaching capabilities and skills
  • Expanded possibilities of and applications of identities as mediators
  • Personal coaching mastery framed as a journey, not a destination

PARTICIPATION/CREDIT REQUIREMENTS: To receive credit, you will need to attend all days of this professional development.
